Go Detox is a 14-day program, designed to cleanse and detox your body. The 3 phase process is formulated to achieve maximum effect in ridding your body of harmful toxins and waste products, while helping you to restore digestive function and overall health.

Phase 1. Preparation (7 days)
At this stage, in order to prepare the body for the detoxification process, toxins are flushed through the large intestine, while important nutrients help to normalize bowel function.
Packet 1 includes the following products: Ultimate, Vitamin C, Cascara Sagrada, Black Walnut Leaves, Alfalfa, Combination two.
Days 1-7. During this phase, take one Packet 1 plus one Super-Flora capsule with the morning meal and one Packet 1 plus one Super-Flora capsule with the evening meal.

Phase 2. Elimination (4 days)
Specially formulated Go Detox powder expands in the system, absorbing toxins and other waste materials, then flushing them out from the body through the digestive system.
Packet 2 includes the following products: Ultimate, Vitamin C, Cascara Sagrada, Black Walnut Leaves, Alfalfa, Combination two.
Each pouch of Go Detox powder contains: Psyllium husk powder, Kaolin powder, Citrus rind powder, Lecithin powder, Prune powder.

Days 8-11. Throughout this phase take one Packet 2 plus one Super-Flora capsule in the morning and one Packet 2 plus one Super-Flora capsule in the evening. Add 1 pouch of Go Detox Powder to a glass of water or unsweetened fruit or vegetable juice. Shake vigorously and drink immediately; then follow with a glass of water. Take four times a day. (Approximately every 3.5 hours).

Phase 3. Restoration (3 days)
During the 3rd phase, the gastrointestinal tract and gut microbial flora are restored through a combination of natural probiotic cultures (bifidobacteria and lactobacilli) and digestive enzymes (amylase, protease, lipase, bromelain, etc.).

Day 12. Take one Packet 3 with the morning meal and one Packet 3 with the evening meal. Take one Super-Flora capsule 4 times a day.
